Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Storage Cleaner ("the App"), owned and operated by Pathvana LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

Description of Service

Storage Cleaner is a mobile application that helps users identify and remove duplicate photos and videos from their device using on-device image analysis technology.

License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the App only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or distribute the App
• Not use the App to infringe on others' rights
• Maintain the security of your device and Apple ID

Photo Deletion

Subscriptions

Free Plan

• Includes 1 duplicate scan per 30-day period
• Basic duplicate detection features

Premium Subscription

• Unlimited duplicate scans
• Batch deletion features
• Additional premium features

Billing

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• Prices are in USD and may vary by region

Managing Subscriptions

You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your Account Settings in the App Store after purchase.

Refunds

Refund requests are handled by Apple according to their refund policy. We do not process refunds directly.

Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Pathvana LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

• The App will meet your specific requirements
• The App will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free
• The duplicate detection will be 100% accurate
• Any errors in the App will be corrected

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, photos, or videos
• Loss of profits or revenue
• Any damages resulting from your use of the App

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App or subscription in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
